水泵泵體發熱不出水可能是以下幾種原因

有漏氣現象的地區,排氣管并沒有進氣口多,造成葉輪拌和存有泵體里的液態,時長一長液態發燙,傳輸給泵體,造成泵體發燙。
組裝相對高度超出泵的吸上工作能力,也會吸不上水,在不了水的情況下,依然運行泵,也會造成泵體發燙。
自吸泵的基本工作原理是水泵啟動前先往泵體內灌滿水(或泵體內本身存在水)。運行后葉輪高速運轉使葉輪槽道中的流水向渦殼,這時候通道產生真空泵,使滲水逆止門開啟,吸進管中的氣體進到泵內,并經葉輪槽道抵達邊緣。
當軸承發燙造成軸承人體體溫升超出70度時,可在制冷室處根據隨意一只冷凍液三通接頭,引入冷凍液循環系統制冷。
泵內部結構避免液態由髙壓區向低電壓區滲漏的封口組織是前后左右密封環,前密封環裝到泵體上,后密封環裝到軸承體里,當泵經長時間運行密封環損壞到一定程度,并直接影響到泵的高效率和自然吸氣特性時,應給與拆換。
簡單來說自吸式水泵不上水而且泵體發燙的原因有下列三種:
1、無引水渠或引水少。自吸泵在啟動前要檢查泵體內是否有液態,假如無液態,非常容易導致空抽損壞機械設備水泵密封等異常情況。
2、自吸泵出入水蓋等位置有螺絲松動的狀況、進水口密封性度不足。
3、自吸泵內部結構有臟東西。比如野草。
在解決自吸泵不出水并發燙的難題的情況下,我們要對泵出問題的緣故逐一開展清查??焖僬页鲭y題的緣故,使自吸泵正常的的運行。防止空燒狀況導致空抽損壞機械設備水泵密封毀壞自吸泵。
自吸泵電機出故障的解決方案:
1、接通電源后泵依然不工作,有很有可能是由于電源線插頭或路線推動不起來、短路故障等因素導致。
2、不太好運行或啟動時有噪聲。維修時可以用小竹條轉動扇葉,假如電機可正常運轉,表明是運行繞阻毀壞,應改換同樣容積的電阻或修復運行繞阻;若電機卡住,是電機和泵頭的常見故障而致,如軸承毀壞、葉輪卡住等。
3、電機能運行,但轉速比慢,外殼超溫、有燒焦味??赡苁请姍C短路故障導致,應拆卸電機視看危害的嚴重后果修補。
4、運行時噪音震動大。大部分是軸承毀壞或軸承與外殼的搭配不合理,需拆卸電機查驗,倘若軸承毀壞應拆換;若軸承“跑外圓”,可對泵體的搭配面選用鏨花解決;若軸承“跑內孔”,可對電機軸的損壞位置選用鏨花解決,磨損嚴重的,選用先噴焊后銑削的辦法修補。

The basic working principle of the self-priming pump is to fill the pump body with water (or there is water in the pump body) before starting the pump. At this time, a vacuum pump is generated in the channel to open the water seepage check valve. The gas in the suction pipe enters the pump and reaches the edge through the impeller channel.
When the temperature rise of the human body of the bearing exceeds 70 ℃ due to the hot bearing, the freezing liquid circulation system can be introduced into the refrigeration room according to an optional freezing liquid tee joint.
The sealing organization of the internal structure of the pump to avoid liquid leakage from the high-voltage area to the low-voltage area is the front, rear, left and right sealing rings. The front sealing ring is installed on the pump body, and the rear sealing ring is installed in the bearing body. When the pump is damaged to a certain extent after long-term operation, which directly affects the pump's high efficiency and natural suction characteristics, it should be replaced.
Simply put, there are three reasons why the self-priming pump does not fill water and the pump body is hot:
1. No diversion channel or little diversion. Before starting the self-priming pump, it is necessary to check whether there is liquid in the pump body. If there is no liquid, it is very easy to cause air pumping to damage the mechanical equipment and water pump seal.
2. The screws at the water inlet and outlet covers of the self-priming pump are loose, and the water inlet sealing is insufficient.
3. There is dirt in the internal structure of the self-priming pump. Like weeds.
In the case of solving the problem that the self-priming pump does not produce water and is hot, we should check the causes of the pump problems one by one. Quickly find out the cause of the problem and make the self-priming pump operate normally. Prevent air pumping from damaging mechanical equipment and water pump seal from damaging self-priming pump due to air burning.
Solution to failure of self priming pump motor:
1. The pump still does not work after the power is turned on, which is likely caused by the plug or line of the power line can not be pushed, short circuit fault and other factors.
2. Poor operation or noise during startup. Small bamboo strips can be used to rotate the fan blades during maintenance. If the motor can operate normally, it indicates that the running winding resistance is damaged. The resistance with the same volume should be replaced or the running winding resistance should be repaired; If the motor is stuck, it is caused by common faults of the motor and pump head, such as bearing damage, impeller stuck, etc.
3. The motor can run, but the speed ratio is slow, the shell is overheated and has a burning smell. It may be caused by motor short-circuit fault. The motor shall be disassembled to see the serious consequences of the damage and repair.
4. High noise and vibration during operation. Most of the bearings are damaged or the combination of bearings and housing is unreasonable, so the motor needs to be disassembled for inspection. If the bearings are damaged, they should be replaced; If the bearing is "out of round", the matching surface of the pump body can be chiseled; If the bearing "runs through the inner hole", the damaged position of the motor shaft can be chiseled. If the bearing is seriously worn, the method of spray welding before milling shall be used for repair.
